The Dawson & Gosper Counties' Hero Flight was sponsored by the Dawson Area Developement Leadership Class of 2009 as their class project. The class of 19 members held fund raisers and organized the the flight with the help of Dick and Jana Pierce who had organized other similar flights for Buffalo County WW II Veterans. We would like to express our many thanks to the Leadership Class for their efforts in making the Hero Flight a reality.
